The room was airy and great-sized with a shower, hair dryers and towels in the private bathroom. Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurants & the beach, a wonderful beach and cafes. And it's relatively near Kavouras, ate there once or twice.

it made our trip to agia anna a wonderful experience. the hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean, had exceptional views of the ocean. the staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly, doing great job. the property was in a fantastic location, in a good location right by the beach. the breakfast was savoury and enjoyable, they served cereals and eggs.

This place has an incredible location right on the beach with a convenient supermarket and shop nearby, and our suite had a balcony and terrace.

Hotel is brand new, nicely designed. If you get a room with the sea view you will definately hear waves as you sit on your terace and drink wine. Place is very quite, no noise from clubs or similar. Ideal place to stay if you are looking for a nice romantic holiday.
Lady that was serving breakfast is soooooo slowwww. Breakfast starts at 8am and it takes her to get all the food ready until 9:00. It's frustrating watching the stuff chatting with eachother, making phone calls ' while you are desperately waiting for some fruits.

The breakfast was savoury and inclusive with all homemade products: you could find cereals and eggs. The location of the hotel was excellent and lovely, right on the ocean.

We were looking for a good hotel in the Cyclades to relax for a few days after our two week round trip through Greece. I can honestly say that we found the perfect place with this hotel. The location right at the sandy Agia Anna beach is just what we were looking for with a beautiful beach, clear blue water and local bars and tavernas right at the beach providing for the necessary comfort. The area retains the feeling of a small scale holiday development run mainly by locals and that appealed to us very much. The hotel and rooms look almost new and provide a very high level of comfort with a fresh design. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and can also arrange for car hire, tours, etc. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed at Iria Beach Art for honeymoon, we arrived at the hotel around 7pm when the handling the reception was already off, however another guy was handling our arrival. Although he knew little about our booking, he tried his best to help. I was making a mistake that my booking was a sea- view room but in fact I didn't specify my requirement, he and I guess the person in-charge offered us a sea-view room without extra charge cos they wanted to make us a nice stay. We finally didn't take the offer after discovering it was our own mistake, but this is really nice. The room was nice, beautifully decorated, warm ambience and spacious.
The reception is only in service from 9am-5pm, better to arrange payment the day before departure if you plan to leave the hotel very early in the morning.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
